We’re proud to announce a major milestone in our journey to shaping a safer future: the opening of Flock Safety’s newest manufacturing facility in Smyrna, Georgia. This 97,000-square-foot facility represents a $10 million investment in our home state and will create hundreds of new jobs over the coming years.
The new site will focus on the production of our advanced public safety technologies, including our Drone as First Responder (DFR) system, solar panel assembly, and device refurbishment. As we continue to scale our operations, this facility plays a critical role in our commitment to building innovative safety solutions—right here in the U.S.
We were honored to celebrate this milestone alongside Georgia Governor Brian Kemp, First Lady Marty Kemp, Smyrna Mayor Derek Norton, Cobb County Chairwoman Lisa Cupid, Metro Atlanta Chamber CEO Katie Kirkpatrick, and other state and local leaders.
This new facility marks a major leap forward in drone innovation and manufacturing. Following the acquisition of Aerodome in 2024, Flock Safety has become a national leader in Drone as First Responder (DFR) technology—a system designed to deliver rapid, real-time situational awareness in emergencies.
