Our sales team is no exception. With three very different verticals, employees in every major market across the country, and a constantly-growing product line, we look for sales leaders who are both strategists and strong executors.
Flock is thrilled to introduce the two new leaders of our law enforcement sales team.
Jim Fahey, Flock’s Senior Vice President of Sales - Public Safety, has deep experience leading large sales teams at software companies like Medallia, Miro, and Harness. But Jim also feels strongly about giving back — after a close friend was diagnosed with cancer and needed financial support during treatment, Jim founded Hope Strengthens Foundation, a nonprofit that provides critical financial support to individuals and families facing life-threatening illness, disability, or are recovering from traumatic injuries.
Jim is most looking forward to working with Flock Safety’s law enforcement customers, as he explains, “they sacrifice a ton for the safety of others and giving them easy to use technology to reduce crime, protect and serve others is powerful. Not to mention when you get the perfect storm of the private and public sector partnering to make the entire region safe and secure it is really powerful.”
Jeana Kruszynski, Flock’s new Vice President of Sales - Public Safety, will work directly with Sales Directors to understand the Flock sales team, implement programs to make them successful and help them win.
Jeana comes to Flock after a decade as a sales leader at Smartsheet, an enterprise work management platform. She’s also a mom of two, which was one of her biggest draws to the Flock mission of Eliminating Crime.
Jim and Jeana are actively growing their team.
